ALHOSN University, located in the city of Abu Dhabi, is a newly established private university accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the United Arab Emirates. The English Department at South East European University invites native English language speakers to apply for three full-time English Language Instructor positions commencing September 2008.
Minimum qualifications and experience required:
• A Masters and/or PhD in ELT, Linguistics, or TEFL/TESOL.
• A bachelor degree in English Language, preferably Linguistics / English Literature.
• A certificate in TEFL / TESOL / HDIP/ CELTA.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in teaching at a college / university level.
The candidates should be:
• Versatile, flexible and prepared to live in a developing country;
• Able to take a communicative and interactive approach in the classroom;
• Able to recognise learner needs and adapt teaching approaches accordingly;
• Motivated and able to motivate others and to make learning enjoyable;

The teaching load per week of Integrated Skills classes for undergraduates is up to 16 hours over four days depending on the schedule.

The Universidad Tecnologica de la Mixteca (UTM) needs qualified teachers looking for an opportunity to build a teaching career in rural Mexico. UTM is located in Huajuapan de Leon, a city of about 80,000 people in the northwest corner of the state of Oaxaca, in southern Mexico. Huajuapan is in a valley of a mountainous area at an elevation of about 5000 feet. It is a center for commerce for the surrounding countryside. It is between Mexico City, six hours (by bus) to the northwest, and Oaxaca City, three hours to the southeast. This is an exciting opportunity to live in an undiscovered corner of Mexico.

Jubail Industrial College, an English-medium, vocational training college requires, male, English Native speaking EFL Senior Lecturers, Lecturers and Instructors for its English Language Center. Student numbers have almost doubled in the last few years, hence the ongoing need for new staff. The chosen candidates will have a primary teaching allocation of 20 hours. Most will be teaching the Preparatory English course, which using materials prepared by Saudi Aramco, is intended to prepare students to continue their technical or business training through the medium of English. There are also specialization courses in the later years, and a number of special needs classes for industrial trainees from companies in Jubail.
