One full-time and one part-time position are currently open at Yale Institute, a small private language school in Ueda, Nagano. Both positions involve both children (of all ages, including pre-school) and adults. Visa sponsorship is available for the full-time position only.
The part-time position involves Saturday work, with a strong possibility of work on other days of the week as well. The hourly wage is negotiable and competitive with other schools in the area.
The full-time position carries a maximum of 24 contact hours per week, at a minimum salary of \250,000 per month.
Applicants need not currently reside in Japan, but air transportation will not be provided by the school.
Ueda is a city of 160,000 people, in the exact geographical center of Japan. There is a wealth of beautiful scenery and history here. Tokyo is 90 minutes away by Shinkansen (the “bullet train”), and prices are relatively low.
