Right now we need full and part time English teachers to start work in various locations in beautiful southern Thailand. We are also looking for Science and Math teachers who can focus on these specific subjects.
If you would like an amazing one year experience, or you are ready to make a long term life changing commitment, there are very real opportunities available in teaching, management or teacher training.
Right now we are recruiting teachers to start work in Suratthani, Chumphon, Chaiya and Nakhon Si Thammarat, in readiness for the new academic year starting in early May this year. Applicants must be able to arrive in Thailand during April to complete training and orientation. We are also looking for part time teachers to start work immediately in the seaside town of Nakhon Si Thammarat.
Suratthani
We are looking for dynamic, qualified and energetic native speakers to join our experienced and well established team in Suratthani. The successful applicants will be teaching at one of our external government or private schools, and in our Language Academy in the town. The successful applicants need to have high levels of energy and enthusiasm, and must be ready and able to teach at all levels. Knowledge of the TEFL methodology or other relevant ESL teaching techniques is preferred. Applicants will need to be here during April to complete training and orientation. In Suratthani we need both English and Science teachers. If you have a background in science, or a strong desire to teach this subject please contact us now.
Chumphon
We are looking for dynamic and energetic ESL professionals to join our team in Chumphon. The positions in Chumphon also start in early May. The successful applicants will need to be here during April in order to complete orientation training, and to get settled in. You will be working in one of two delightful schools. The first is a private Catholic school with a swimming pool and gym, which is available to our teachers. You will have a teaching assistant, comfortable working conditions and an air-conditioned teacher’s room in which to relax and plan. In the second school you will be working in an English program with highly motivated and bright students. It is a small and friendly school with very comfortable working conditions, a teacher’s assistant, teacher’s room and internet access.
Chaiya
2 More special individuals required. Chaiya is a deeply rural location but is very close to long secluded beaches. Don’t expect to see foreigners on the beach; it is more likely that you will see dolphins swimming off shore when you go there to relax. You will be working in a well run, foreigner friendly government school teaching in a privately funded English Program. Your classrooms are air conditioned with computer, TV and DVD. You will be seeing the same students on a regular basis so you can have a real impact on their development. There is a very comfortable teacher’s room in which you will have your own desk and wireless internet. The town of Suratthani is 50kms south of Chaiya, so if you want to get off to the Islands at the weekend the ferry isn’t far away. These positions will suit teachers who want to avoid the tourist traps. You will have a desire to spend the majority of your time surrounded by Thai people and Thai culture. You will be one of only two native speaking teachers working in the school and you will probably be the only foreigners in the immediate area. It will also help if you are able to ride a motorcycle because the school is located about 4 kilometres from the town. Again term starts in early May.
Nakhon Si Thammarat
We are looking for part time teachers to work in our new Language Academy in the town of Nakhon Si Thammarat. If you are currently working in or near the town, and you are looking for some part time hours please contact us now.

We are able to offer short term or long term contracts for both full time and part time positions.
Qualifications:
All applicants must hold a 4 year bachelor degree in any field. This is required to enable us to produce a work permit. The most important qualification is your teaching certificate. All applicants should have a TEFL qualification, CELTA or any other relevant ESL qualification. Please bring all original certificates with you. They are required by the Ministry of Education during the visa and work permit application process. Applicants that do not have a teaching qualification but possess energy and a desire to learn will also be considered.
We offer orientation and ongoing training to all our teachers. Part of your orientation training will be observing our teachers in local schools, or in one of our Language Academies. You will also be expected to teach classes prior to starting work. These classes will be observed and reviewed.
If you want to experience the real Thailand then all of our locations in the South will be ideal for you. Suratthani and Chumphon are considered to be the “Gateways to the South”. The beautiful Islands of Koh Tao and Koh Samui are within easy reach by ferry. Chumphon is about 200 kilometres north of Suratthani and the Islands are also within easy reach by ferry.
